Trading terms
 
1.All prices listed on sydneyad.com.au are in Australian dollars.
2.All product prices on sydneyad.com.au are subject to alteration without prior notice
3.All Product prices on “sydneyad.com.au”  are GST and freight EXCLUSIVE.
4.We may not accept cancelation after an order has been submitted; even your order is still pending. The purchases you have submitted on our website will automatically hold up the products quantity and availability which affect the other users’ purchasing opportunities.
5.All products will be dispatched within 1-2 working days after order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.
6.We cannot guarantee the delivery time and any delay of product transit.
7. For the "Pre-Order" items listed on sydneyad.com.au, they are NON-REFUNDABLE after purchased unless the products are damaged or not in working order.
 
Purchasing orders, payments and pricing
 
1.All prices are listed clearly next to the products. All listed prices on sydneyad.com.au are in Australian dollars.
2.Sydneyad.com.au makes reasonable effort to updates our electronic systems on our website to show the products availability. However, due to technical limitations of electronic systems we cannot guarantee the availability of products. If the products are not available or not in stock we will contact our customers to supply the products as soon as possible or refund. Therefore, we reserve our right to accept or reject your product purchases request.
3.Customers are welcome to browse our website and select their suitable products and click “add to cart” to purchase.
4.Click “Check Out” and select your payment methods. Please note it’s your responsibility to check the products dimensions, method of usage and installation, material of the products, features of the products etc before payment (Check Out). 
5.Once clicking “Check Out” your order will be accepted, you will receive an order confirmation via email. So it is very important that you should provide a correct email address when register your account from our website.
6.Additional charges / fees may be applied by your credit card provider if your purchase involves foreign exchange transactions.
7.A full amount of prior payment is required in order to dispatch the products. If your full payment has not been received or declined by your bank or credit card provider, we will not hold up the products or dispatch your products.
 
Purchase order procedures
 
1.Customers are welcome to browse our website and select their suitable products and click “add to cart” to purchase.
2.Click “Check Out” and select your payment methods. Please note it’s your responsibility to check the products dimensions, method of usage and installation, material of the products, features of the products etc before making payment (Check Out). 
3.A payment web page will give you guidelines to assist you for payment procedures. Once payment has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation via email. 
4.We will then dispatch the product within 1-2 working days after order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.
 
Payment Method
 
We accept Credit card, direct debit or cheque.
1.Payment via credit card: We only accept Visa And MasterCard.
2.Payment via direct debit: please email or fax receipt of transfer to sales@sydneyad.com.au or fax for payment confirmation.
3.Payment via cheque (not recommended): we will only process the order after the cheque has been cleared. This will delay the product delivery.
 
Freight costs, shipping and delivery timeframes
 
*Below is the estimated delivery timeframes to your area.  Please note that the timeframes listed below are our guidelines only. 
*Rates are based on maximum weight of 10kg. Delivery rates are subject to alternation, all rates are GST exclusive. Our sales representatives will contact you for the additional freight cost if the total weight is more than 10 kg.
*Products which involve printing or additional customized service will require a lead time before dispatching. Our sales representatives will contact you for an accurate delivery timeframe and freight cost.

Delivery 
 
1.If the customer uses their own courier service Sydney AD cannot guarantee any damage to the goods whilst in transit. If the goods are delivered by Sydney AD’s courier company any damage in transit will be covered by warranty but only if the damage is reported within 7 days if receipt of order.
2.Sydneyad.com.au has contracted courier team to provide delivery services. Standard Australia national delivery rates are listed clearly on the website and from the shopping cart. Delivery charges are listed clearly on the payment invoice from our website. 
3.Delivery charges are dependent on individual items. Usually based on the product size, product weight, quantity of products and the order is to be delivered. Freight / charge will be calculated and you will be advised of their freight / charge amount before you agree, submit your purchase order and making any payment.
4.The standard Australia national delivery rates which are listed on our website are based on maximum weight of 10kg per each purchase order. 
5.Delivery rates are subject to alteration, all rates are GST exclusive on our website.
6.Sydenyad.com.au does not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of items once they leave us. Therefore, we suggest you to insure your purchased items.
 
Receipt of products
 
1.Inspect all boxes, packaging & products. You should notify us immediately, within 7 days of delivery of the order if you find any damage.
2.Take detailed photographs of the damaged products and send the photos to: support@sydneyad.com.au.
3.Keep all boxes and packing materials and re-pack the 
products as what they were received / original packaging.
 
Pick up
 
1.Customers are welcome to pick up their orders from our warehouse. Our warehouse address: 
Unit 1, 426 Marion Street, Condell Park, NSW 2200.
2.Customers / Drivers are required to present a valid tax invoice when picking up their products. We cannot release the products if this information cannot be produced by our customers. 
3.We recommend our customers / courier drivers to check their products prior to leaving our dispatch. Product damage claims and quantity discrepancies will not be accepted once the products have left our warehouse.
4.Sydenyad.com.au does not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of items once they leave our warehouse. Therefore, we suggest you to insure your purchased items.
 
Returns and Exchanges
 
1.Please note that it’s our customers’ responsibility to check the products dimensions, method of usage and installation, material of the products, features of the products before making payment. We strongly recommend our customers choose and check your order carefully before purchasing.  Sydneyad.com.au is not obliged to provide refunds for "change of mind" reasons or reasons of customers purchasing error. It’s our customers’’ responsibility to double check that the products are suitable for the purposes of your usage, unless:
The product reserves its original packaging; the product is unopened, in as new and saleable condition and is current stock / product line. sydneyad.com.au may accept such returns. However the customers will be responsible for the cost of postage to return such product. Where sydneyad.com.au accepts a return product for “change of mind reason”, we may charge our customers administration and returning product fees up to 25 per cent of the product price which is listed on your tax invoice / customer receipt.
 
2.Our customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a product damage or a "major failure" only if the product fails to be an acceptable quality. However it is only entitled if the damage is reported within 7 days if receipt of order.
3.Product replacement cannot be entitled if our current product is not available or the product line has been deleted.
4.Sydneyad.com.au makes effort but does not guarantee, to process refund and replacement within 30 days of receipt by us of the returned product.
 
 
Return policy and procedure

4.Sydneyad.com.au will not responsible for any freight / shipping costs for return postage. The return postage cost is responsible by our customers. *Product replacement cannot be entitled if our current product is not available or the product line has been deleted.
5.Customized products are non-returnable. Such as the products involve printings or involve customized services, any application of custom artwork or custom colour and logo. For example retractable banners, A-board, X-frames, custom signs.
6.Sydneyad.com.au makes effort but does not guarantee, to process refund and replacement within 30 days of receipt by us of the returned product.
7.For “change of mind” purchases, please note that it’s our customers’ responsibility to check the products dimensions, method of usage and installation, material of the products, features of the products before making payment.
