Statutory Signs:

As per BCA – Building Code of Australia & Australian Standards that statutory signs are required on: Any of fire / smoke doors, wording with capital letters cannot be less than 20mm high in a colour that has high contrast to the background state. The statutory signs on fire hydrant and sprinkler booster assemblies, wording will have to meet the requirement of capital letters not less than 50mm high in a colour that has a high contrast to the background state; on booster enclosure, wording needs to be with capital letters not less than 25mm high and with a minimum A3 size block plan that must be provided. Cupboards with fire hose reel and fire hydrant must have signs in capital letters not less than 50mm high in a colour that has high contrast to the background state.
